Marketing Retry: A Complete Guide

1. What is Marketing Retry?
In Marketing, “retry” usually means making another attempt to re-target or convert a customer after the first effort didn’t failed.
How does it work?
The toggle will already be enabled. You can set after how many hours the retargeting should stop (always in hours). For example, in this case, I have set it to stop after 36 hours.
You also have the option to set how many retry attempts should be made before stopping. After you have filled in the necessary details, please click on validate.
Best Practices
- Retarget for at least 72 hours and that is also the maximum hours you can retarget (3 days).
- It’s better to keep the retry hours and the number of attempts the same. This way, there’s one retry every hour.
