Types of Rating System:
- Three rating (For e.g. Good, Bad, Great)
- Five Star Rating
- Product level feedback (Requires Integration) : Judge.me and Loox review apps for Shopify websites and only Judge.me for WooCommerce websites.
Body Variables:
- First Name: Sends the customer's given name.
- Last Name: Sends the customer's family name.
- Full Name: Sends the customer's complete name, including first and last names.
- Address: Sends the full shipping or billing address of the customer.
- Constant: A variable field where a piece of information can be added as needed.
- Order ID: Sends the unique identifier for the customer's order.
- Amount: Sends the total monetary value of the customer's order.
- Line Items: Sends the details of individual products or services included in the customer's order.
- Pincode: Sends the postal code of the customer's address.
- Email: Sends the customer's email address.
- Phone Number: Sends the customer's contact phone number.
- Coupon Code: Sends a promotional code offering a discount or special offer.
- Currency Code: Sends the code representing the currency used for the order (e.g., USD, EUR).
- Created At: Sends the date and time when the order was placed.
- Available Balance Points: Sends the total loyalty points available for the customer to use (e.g., 100 points).

Points to Note:
- For 5-star rating feedback, a template with a quick reply button should be configured in the feedback notification.
- For product-level feedback using Judge.me or Loox, a template with a quick reply button should be configured in the feedback notification.
- When product-level feedback is enabled and a customer purchases more than one item, the product page link will be sent for each item purchased in the feedback flow.
- If you have selected "order delivery" as the trigger for the feedback notification, ensure you are receiving "Order delivery" events under the "Delivery and Out for Delivery" notification from your logistic partner or directly from your Shopify.
