How to setup abandoned carts: Step-by-step guide:
Body Variables:
- Recovery URL: A checkout link provided to customers to recover their abandoned carts or incomplete orders.
- Discount Code: A code that offers a price reduction on the order total when applied at checkout.
- First Name: The given name of the customer.
- Last Name: The family name or surname of the customer.
- Full Name: The combined first and last name of the customer.
- Address: The delivery location provided by the customer for order shipment.
- Checkout Id: A unique identifier for the customer's checkout session.
- Amount: The total cost of the customer's order.
- Line Items: A list of individual products or services included in the customer's order.
- Pin code: The postal code of the customer's delivery address.
- Email: The customer's email address used for communication and order updates.
- Constant: A fixed value or piece of information used within the Shopify system.
- Created At: The date and time when the order was created.
- Currency Code: The currency in which the order is transacted.
- Available Balance Points (e.g., 100): The total loyalty points available for the customer to redeem.
- Loyalty Points as % of order value (e.g., 10%): The percentage of the order value that can be earned as loyalty points.

Points to Note:
- The minimum time after which an abandoned cart message can be send is 10 mins.
- To show abandoned cart product in the abandoned cart message, template should be created with image header.
- If a customer has abandoned more than 1 product, then the image uploaded in the abandoned cart settings will be sent in the message.
- Only 1 abandoned cart message will be sent in 24 hours even if the customer abandons the cart multiple times on website.
- If the customer has already converted their cart within the time, setup in abandoned cart settings, then abandoned cart message wont be sent.
- If the customer completes the purchase, within 72 hours of receiving the last ping (ping 1 , ping 2 or ping 3), then, that order will be attributed to customer’s abandoned cart recovered analytics.
