To block a customer:
- Go to "Chats" > "Customer Profile" > Click "Block."
- If the customer is not in the "Chats" section:
Go to "Transcript" > Search by name/phone number > Click "Takeover Visitor" > Go to "Chats" > Click on the profile > Click "Block."
