- Button Interactive Message:
- Messages with up to three buttons for customers to choose from.
- Separate journeys can be created based on each button click.
- List Interactive Message:
- Messages that offer up to ten options in a list format.
- Allows for more choices and separate journeys based on the selected option.
- To make the options clearer, descriptions can be added below the row.

Points to Note:
- To add a link in the message, use a simple message.
- The product recommendation can be sent only in the transfer to bot -end journey.
- In order to recommend products in the flow, please ensure that the Catalog Sync is done. (Bot Configuration —> Product Catalog —> Catalog Sync)
- Quick replies can also be added in a flow. In case you want to send a Call To Action button in the journey, it can be achieved by choosing a template message.
