What are flows?
There are two types of flows :
- Premade Flows
- Custom Flows
There are some premade flows or journeys on the dashboard. This means that the bot is trained to understand certain phrases like Shop Now, Track Order, Agent Chat
However, the bot is not trained to understand all the trigger intents.
In case you would like to create a custom journey for your customers, it can be done through the flow builder.
Types of Flows that can be created
- Customer support related - FAQ ( Frequently Asked Questions) Flow
- Commerce related - Display Bestsellers
How to Create a Flow?
Points to Note:
- In case the flow has button or list interactive messages, end journey is to be configured for every row, individually.
- Trigger Phrases ( General Flow )
Please note the following with respect to trigger phrases
- A trigger phrase means that this will start or trigger the journey for a customer. For instance, the “Shop Now” trigger phrase, triggers the shopping journey for a customer on WhatsApp.
- You can add as many phrases as you think are required for the journey.
- The phrases should be an exact match. Which means that the flow will be triggered only when the exact word or phrase is typed. So please ensure that all the relevant words are entered here.
