Points to Note:
- Catalog Sync allows brands to fetch their product catalog from their store backend (Shopify or Woocommerce) and upload it directly to Facebook from the dashboard.
- You can view the errors in your catalog in descending order by clicking on the arrow in the errors column.
- Remember to associate the correct Google product category ID to avoid any inconvenience while syncing the catalog.
- Only the products that are “Active and in Stock” will be visible on your whatsapp store.
