What is User Segmentation?
With the help of this panel, we can segment customers based on specific attributes, grouping them into distinct segments. From the campaigns page, you can then directly deploy campaign messages to a targeted segment of customers.

Points to note:
- Always Remember to refresh the segment to get updated customer list.
- It is not possible to create a Segment if the count of the customers in that segment is 0
