Points to Note:
- Naming Your Campaign: Always give your follow-up campaign a clear and descriptive name for easy identification, like “Failed Follow Up” or something specific to the use case.
- Choosing Campaign Logic: Select between AND or OR logic to define how specific the conditions for your follow-up should be, ensuring you target the right audience based on their behavior.
- Conditions for Retargeting: Set up the conditions to target users who didn’t complete the desired action (e.g., failed transaction) or those who already received the parent campaign message.
- Template Selection: Choose the appropriate template—either reuse a Present Template for consistency or create a New Template if the follow-up message differs. Ensure new templates are pre-approved to avoid delays.
- Review and Launch: Before launching, preview the message to ensure it’s formatted properly, test the campaign, and then either schedule or launch it immediately.
