
Steps to follow ⬇️
- Go to API connect on Tata Tele Smartflo.
- Click on Webhook.
- Click on Add Webhook.
- Paste the URL we provided.
- Complete the necessary fields for Inbound call setup as follows:

- Again click on Add Webhook.
- Paste the URL we provided.
- Complete the necessary fields for Outbound call setup as follows:

- Map your calling agents from ticket configurations.
- Test the integration by making a test call or event.
Once, the testing's are done you can now go to our agent mapping section to complete few final steps:

- Go to the setting and click on
ticket configurations - Create Mapping
- Select your Tata Tele Account

- Sync the Agents.
