Steps to follow ⬇️

  1. Go to API connect on Tata Tele Smartflo.
  2. Click on Webhook.
  3. Click on Add Webhook.
  4. Paste the URL we provided.
  5. Complete the necessary fields for Inbound call setup as follows:

  1. Map your calling agents from ticket configurations.
  2. Test the integration by making a test call or event.

Once, the testing's are done you can now go to our agent mapping section to complete few final steps:

  2. Create Mapping
  3. Select your Tata Tele Account
