Integrations Suite:
- Payments: Check details of your current payment gateway on BusinessOnBot.
- Store Provider: To Update your Shopify app.
- Shipping Partner: Select and configure your logistics partner.
- Mobile App: Download links for BusinessOnBot mobile app for iOS and Android.
Schedule:
- DND Hours: Set Do Not Disturb hours to suppress selected notifications and messages. Configure timeframes, view suppressed message logs, filter by category or customer, and download logs.
- Working Hours: Define agents' working hours and days, customize messages for customers trying to connect during non-working hours, and set agent availability reminders. If working hours not set, then all customer’s chat, who have requested for agent chat, will be transferred to an agent.
System Alerts:
- Adding Recipients: Add recipients for system alerts with their name, email ID, and WhatsApp number, and select the alerts to be sent.
- Alert Logs: View and filter logs by alert type, timeframe, recipient details, and more.
