Why is my flow not being triggered?

Flows can not be triggered due to the following reasons:

1. The number did not meet the criteria required to trigger the flow.
2. There could be a typo in your trigger phrase.
3. Multiple triggers are inserted in the same trigger box, for example:

4. The flow is disabled.
5. Button Text is white-space sensitive.
