What is an Exit Condition?

An Exit Condition is an added targeting benefit for Smart Automations. It allows you to exclude certain customers within the target audience defined in the earlier steps.

For example, if you’re planning to send a re-targeting automation to customers who haven't completed their abandoned cart in the last 10 days and you want to exclude those who have placed an order after the automation was created, the Exit Condition is useful in this scenario.
