The available trigger events for Smart Automations are as follows:
Notifications: The automation can be triggered when a customer receives any of the notifications available on BusinessOnBot.
Meta Ads: An automation can be triggered if a customer is redirected to WhatsApp via a Meta Ad (Facebook/Instagram advertisement).
Note: The concerned Meta Ad needs to be configured with BusinessOnBot via our User Acquisition feature.
Widget Actions: This trigger occurs when a user registers their WhatsApp number via the Rewards Widget or Customer Details Pop-up Widget.
Custom Webhook: BusinessOnBot also allows triggering Smart Automations using a custom webhook configured by you.
