How to set the message and use them repeatedly in Agent chat?

You can set two types of messages: Quick Messages and List Messages. Follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Settings Panel > Helpdesk > Interactive Tools > Click on Add to create a List Message or Quick Message > Save.
  • After saving, go to the Chat panel > Select the desired customer > Click on the List Message or Quick Message icon to choose the message > Send.
