Meta Ads configured with BusinessOnBot allow you to set up a basic flow and two additional pings from within User Acquisition.
To add more pings via Smart Automation, create an automation directly from the Smart Automation tab. Select the flow type as Meta Ads and choose the desired ad from the dropdown.
Note: Any templates sent to customers who have arrived through a Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ad within the first 72 hours are free of cost.
