BusinessOnBot allows you to add loyalty points manually as well.
Go to User Acquisition > Loyalty > Settings and enter the number for which you’d like to add points and the amount of points to be given. To help track manually added loyalty points, you can also provide a reason for the addition.
Loyalty points can also be added in bulk using an Excel sheet. Clicking on the “Single Number” dropdown will give you the option to add multiple numbers at once.
