You have database of customer numbers which is collected from different platforms. For instance,

• Customers who have scanned your QR Code.
• Numbers collected in an offline event.
• In case of retail presence, numbers collected through your Point of Sale machines.

Points to Remember

1. It is recommended to download the sample file and enter the relevant data in the sheet (Step 4 of Campaigns) Please maintain the column names of the sample file as they are.

2. Ensure that the excel which is being uploaded is in an Excel Workbook format (.xlsx)
3. If the template includes a Dynamic Call-To-Action Button (Visit Website), make sure to copy the link from the website and paste it into the button variable.

4. If the header represents a phone number, all phone numbers must begin with 91 (Indian format).
5. For a phone number header, use a lowercase p (i.e., phone not Phone).
6. If the header represents a name, format it as a variable in the form {{1}} and so on (in this case, {{2}} is a discount code).
7. The number of headers must be equal to the number of unique variables {{1}} , {{2}} so on.
