What is Notification Preference?
You can configure your notification preferences, which determine how you get alerted about new or updated tickets. If you prefer browser notifications, a small pop-up will appear at the bottom of your screen whenever a ticket is created, assigned, or reassigned. If you select audio notifications, you’ll hear a short alert sound each time a new ticket arrives, as long as your system is not on mute. These options ensure that you never miss an important customer query, no matter how busy your inbox gets.
How to Set It Up ?

- Browser Notifications
- These alerts pop up on your device even when you’re not actively using the platform (like a push notification).
- Requirements: Make sure your browser allows notifications from this site.
Options available:
- New ticket created → You’ll get a notification whenever a new support ticket is created.
- Ticket assigned or reassigned → You’ll get a notification when a ticket is either assigned to you or reassigned to another agent.
👉 Both toggles are turned ON (green switch).
- Audio Notifications
- These are sound alerts that notify you while you’re working on the platform or if you have it open in the background.
- Requirements: Ensure your browser tab is not muted and your system volume is turned up.
